In today’s episode, I have the pleasure of talking about Elevate Record Store with Cinthie.
Cinthie is a Berlin-based producer, label head, DJ and one of the most respected artists in contemporary house music.
Not only, she brilliantly runs Elevate Berlin, one of the best record stores for house music in Berlin.
“When I’m working at the store, I’m not the dj some people know. Of course, I want to sell stuff and want people to have a nice experience.”
Cinthie
When I first met Cinthie at the shop for the “Dj Kicks Party”, I had the same feeling. She is an incredibly friendly and talented musician who puts passion into interacting with her fans and clients.
Above all, Cinthie’s dedication to all things records cannot be disputed. She started working in a record store around 1995-96, and this is where she got educated with music and also how everything works with the artists.
In the same way, she has been cultivating his passion for house music from a young age, representing a constant part of his DJ sets.
“I think it’s just a very positive music. I think myself I’m a very positive person, so it fits best to my personality”
Cinthie
In today’s interview, Cinthie talks about her route into music, record store life, and playing at Berghain – the most famous dancefloor on site.
